Report a bug
Email what happened, what you expected, and your iPad model & iPadOS version — screenshots help. You can also send feedback right from Settings / Send Feedback inside the app.
Restore a purchase
New iPad or reinstalled the app? Open Settings / Restore Purchases in Phantrace to bring back anything you've unlocked. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.
Billing & refunds
All payments are handled by Apple. Manage a plan under Settings / Apple Account / Subscriptions on your iPad. Refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
