Common issues

App won't open or is stuck loading

Force quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your iPad.

Drawing tools aren't responding

Make sure you have a drawing layer selected (not a background layer). Check that your Apple Pencil is charged and connected.

Background image isn't showing

Tap the photo icon in the sidebar to import an image. Adjust the opacity slider if the image appears too faint.

Can't export or share drawings

Free tier exports include a watermark. Upgrade to Pro for clean exports. Make sure you have storage space available.

Subscription not recognized

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
